All APS users (on-site AND mail-in) must complete a registration Form for Access to Argonne National Laboratory's DOE/BES National User Facilities.

Mail-In
VISA Current visa information/or LPR cards is required for all citizens of all countries except Canada, Mexico, and 27 countries on the visa waiver list (passport and I-94 are still required.)
Industrial_and_Proprietary_Users
You can just put "visa applied for" and we'll be able to begin
processing your registration.
