Welcome to the EPICS Wiki
This installation of MediaWiki is intended for information and documentation related to the Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System toolkit. If there's some information you think other EPICS users might find useful, feel free to add it and/or links to it in an appropriate page.
If you've never used a Wiki before, you might want to visit and play around with editing in the sandbox to get familiar with the concepts — pretty much all of the text on these pages can be edited by anyone. The content is version controlled and older versions can be restored in the event of vandalism, but we hope that will not prove necessary. If the thought of this freedom makes you nervous or you don't see how it could ever work in practice, have a look at WikiPedia the extensive multilingual encyclopedia, which uses the same software as this Wiki.
